Our holiday in Sri Lanka was November 2016. We’d never had a pre-arranged tour before and were a little sceptical about it - however we knew if we were going to do it we had to have our own personal guide rather than be in a crowd. We chose the right holiday for us - staying at some lovely Boutique hotels - and with the right guide! Suren’s wealth of knowledge and love for his country (and his job) was just what we needed. He was professional, easy to get to know, took us to some local eateries when we asked, helped us to fit in extra visits when time permitted, drove safely and made our holiday fun. We have no hesitation in recommending Suren and really hope we can go back to see more of Sri Lanka with him.

I and my wife travelled back in January 2016. Suren was our guide and struck the perfect balance of informative as well as letting us have time to ourselves . We had a fantastic time, starting in Colombo and working our way to Sigariya, the Dambulla, Rock Temples, Chilaw. We had such a good time that we have recommended Suren to 2 other couples.

My husband and I visited Sri Lanka in October 2015. Suren met us at the airport and was our driver throughout or two week tour. I cannot fault the professionalism and wealth of knowledge of Suren. Even when we wanted to travel by train for a real experience with local people he organised for us wating for hours at the pick up point after our train was very late. He introduced us to more local places to eat so that we could truly experience Sri Lanka. Would recommend this company and in particular Suren as your guide.

Suren was a fantastic guide. He was helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgable. He provided us with historical and contextual information everywhere we went which gave us a real flavour of Sri Lanka. He also made some great suggestions like the massage and elephant ride, as well as taking us to a place for lunch in traditional surroundings with great food. An absolute fantastic tour, amazing guide with tremendous knowledge. The tour was very well structured, really showing Sri Lanka as it is, with the home-stay meal a major highlight. The only slight concern was the quality in Nuwara Eliya, the hotel needs some TLC, the bedding is old and small minor touch ups are needed, rather a 3 star than a 4 star. But that is nitpicking, everything was amazing. Akthar is an amazing guide and person, really going out of his way to cater for everyone on tour and always available
